These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between deshi game (deshigame.click) and its members. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms.

Although these Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali, the English version forms the basis of the agreement. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately.
• Each person may only register one account. Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but verification may be required if the same device or payment method is used.
• Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and all other details provided at registration must be accurate and complete.
• Registering with false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of your balance.

A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for account verification (KYC). Completing this verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. deshi game stores this information securely and uses it solely for identity verification purposes.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on deshi game:

• KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Your first withdrawal may take up to 24 hours to process.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit — requests via a different method will not be accepted.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements for a bonus have been met. Requesting a withdrawal before completing the requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000. For larger amounts, please contact support.

Deshi game's bonuses and promotional offers come with exclusive benefits for members. However, each bonus has specific terms and conditions — failure to comply may result in the bonus being cancelled.

• Wagering Requirement: Welcome bonuses generally require a wagering of 20x to 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount. Full terms and conditions for each offer are provided separately.
• Time Limit: Most bonuses must be used within 30 days of being issued. Once the deadline passes, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses can only be used on specific games. Check which games are eligible before using a bonus.
• Per Member Limit: Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per member. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times may result in account suspension.

Deshi game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without notice. If bonus abuse is detected — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or placing bets in specific patterns to extract bonus funds — the account will be closed and the balance forfeited.

Keep the following rules in mind when playing Sports Betting and casino games on deshi game:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. In Live Betting, if the odds change, deshi game reserves the right to apply the odds that were active at the time of confirmation.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of any game, deshi game will void that round and refund the bet amount.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed in Sports Betting, bets will be settled in accordance with deshi game's own policy.
• If a disconnection occurs during a Live Casino game or a problem arises mid-round, the outcome of the active round will be recorded on the game provider's server and settled accordingly.
• The minimum bet is ৳10, and the maximum bet varies by game and market. For exceptionally large wins, deshi game reserves the right to verify the payout.

Deshi game is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games or place bets.
• Colluding with other members to gain bonuses or profits through match-fixing or coordinated betting.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs on deshi game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using deshi game for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Operating accounts under a false identity or submitting fraudulent KYC information.

If you wish to close your account, email support@deshigame.click or contact us via live chat. Prior to closure, you may withdraw any verified balance (excluding bonuses).

Deshi game may suspend or terminate any account for the following reasons:

• If evidence of a rule violation is found.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (over 12 months), an inactivity fee may apply.
• If self-exclusion is activated at the member's request.
• Temporarily, for investigation purposes.

Deshi game believes gaming should be fun, not a habit you can't control. That's why a range of responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all members:

• Deposit Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set a maximum limit on the amount you wager per bet.
• Cooling-Off: Take a break from betting for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for anywhere from 6 months to permanently.
• Reality Check: You'll receive periodic reminders showing how long you've been playing.
